How Rates Are Calculated
Rates are calculated based on:
- Your property's capital value
- The property category (residential, commercial, rural)
- Remote area considerations
- Any applicable rebates or concessions
When Are Rates Issued?
Rate notices are issued annually for Tanami properties.

- Online: Pay securely through our payment portal
- Direct Debit: Set up automatic payments
